I designed this journal out of my own frustration. Every notary journal I tried seemed to force a choice: one was made for general notary work, another was made for loan signings, but neither handled both well. Many loan signing journals included pages of preprinted document names that I rarely used, adding clutter instead of convenience.

So I created a journal that focuses on what matters most—a clean, compact, and versatile layout that works just as well for a single notarization as it does for a full loan package.

I made it for myself first. Now I'm happy to share it with fellow notaries, and I hope it serves you just as well.
